Meg is an Australian Osteopathic Practitioner who has recently moved to Canada with her partner Liam. She completed her 5 year double-bachelor’s degree in Australia at the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT University). Meg has been working on Australia’s gorgeous Great Ocean Road for the last 3 years before her and Liam decided to swap Bells Beach and koalas for Sombrio Beach and actual bears!
Meg has a strong understanding of injuries and conditions that can affect people from all
walks of life. Whether you are a desk worker, weekend-warrior tackling the garden, or have
been hiking and biking as long as you can remember, she will help you get back to doing
what you love most. Meg focuses on how the body’s muscles, joints, nerves, circulation and mind work together to support movement and overall health. She takes a whole-body approach that assesses the underlying causes of pain or restriction rather than
just treating the symptoms. Whether you pain is acute, recurring or chronic, her
individualised approach to care will ensure that you are heard, empowered and on the road
to recovery.
Her hands-on techniques include gentle stretching, massage, and joint mobilisation to ease
discomfort, improve mobility, and encourage healing. Meg also provides pain education,
tailored exercise plans, postural and ergonomic assessments, and lifestyle advice to help
prevent injuries and support long-term wellbeing. She works closely with other health
professionals when needed to ensure the best care for every patient.
When she’s not in the clinic you will find her exploring every corner of the island, surfing,
hiking and facetiming her two adorable nephews back in Aus. Any recommendations of
favourite places to explore, eat and drink are very welcome!
